| Conditions of Consignment: VARGA Gallery acts as Agent for Exhibition and Sale. VARGA Gallery may photograph art & artist for purposes of Publicity & Promotion. Gallery not liable for any loss, damage or theft as a result of any actions by persons unrelated to the gallery. Packing, Insurance & Transport to and from the Muddy Cup Studios is the responsibility of the artist. Artists are responsible for installing and uninstalling their exhibits. Artists are responsible for providing refreshments in their own studios. Artist receives 50% & Gallery receives 50% of final sale (including any negotiated) price. ALL SALES MUST GO THROUGH VARGA Gallery. Work not sold during exhibit must picked up by the pick-up date. A daily storage charge of $5 per piece is incurred after pick up date. Sales proceeds paid out no later than 2 weeks after end of show. |
