| Conditions of Consignment: Gallery acts as Agent for Exhibition and Sale. Gallery may photograph art & artist for purposes of Publicity & Promotion. Gallery not liable for any loss, damage or theft as a result of any actions by persons unrelated to the gallery. Packing, Insurance & Transport to and from the Gallery is the responsibility of the artist. Artist receives 50% & Gallery receives 50% of final sale (including negotiated) price. Work not sold during exhibits must picked up by the pick-up date. A daily storage charge of $5 per piece is incurred after pick up date. Sales proceeds paid out no later than 2 weeks after end of show. |
